1.Subscription tiers and free trials
You can offer a single subscription or several tiers, each with its own price and perks. Fans see exactly what each tier unlocks before they join. You can also offer a free trial so a fan can sample your feed before paying, with one trial per fan per creator.
- Set your tiers and prices from the subscription settings in your dashboard.
- Describe the perks clearly so fans know what they are getting.
- Turn on a free trial to lift conversion from browsers to subscribers.
2.Discount codes
Create promo codes that give a percentage or a fixed amount off the subscription price. Each code can have an expiry date, a maximum number of uses, and is limited to one use per fan. Fans enter the code at checkout and see the discounted price before they confirm.
- Open the promo codes panel in your creator dashboard.
- Choose a code, the discount type and value, an optional expiry, and a usage limit.
- Share the code in your posts, broadcasts or bio.
3.Win-back offers
Mark one of your codes as a win-back code and it is offered automatically by email to fans whose subscription has lapsed, inviting them to return at a discount. This runs in the background so you do not have to chase anyone manually.
Does a promo code reduce what I earn?
The discount comes off the price the fan pays, and you earn on the discounted amount. Use codes to grow your subscriber base, where the lifetime value outweighs the one-off discount.
Can a fan reuse a code?
No. Each code is limited to one use per fan, and you can also cap the total number of uses and set an expiry date.
