1.What diamonds are
Diamonds are the single in-platform currency. Clients buy diamonds and spend them on unlocks, tips, subscriptions, and shows. Companions and creators earn diamonds and withdraw them to a bank account. Keeping everything in diamonds lets us protect payments, prevent fraud, and handle disputes.
2.Buying diamonds
- Open Buy Diamonds from the header or any purchase screen.
- Choose a diamond package. Larger packages can include a bonus.
- Pay securely through our payment provider. Your balance updates as soon as payment is confirmed.
The price you pay is always shown at the time of purchase. Diamonds are stored value for use on the platform.
3.Spending diamonds
- Unlock a private gallery or a pay-per-view item at the price shown on it.
- Subscribe to a creator's feed for a monthly amount.
- Tip a companion or a live broadcaster.
- Enter a paid group show (a ticket price) or a private one-to-one show (charged per minute).
4.Earnings and withdrawals
If you earn on the platform, diamonds accumulate in your balance and you can withdraw them to your bank.
- Open the Earnings tab in your dashboard and choose Withdraw.
- Enter your bank details (held encrypted).
- Submit the request. There is a minimum payout and a short security hold before funds are released.
5.Common questions & troubleshooting
My payment went through but my balance hasn't updated
Balances update as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction. Give it a moment and refresh the page. If it still hasn't appeared after a short while, contact info@discretion.vip with the date, time, and amount.
Can I get a refund?
See the Refund and Diamonds Policy in the Legal Centre for how purchases, refunds, and chargebacks work, then contact support if you believe a transaction is wrong.
When do I get paid, and why is there a delay?
Earnings appear in your balance immediately. Withdrawals have a minimum amount and a short holding period before release, and are reviewed before they are sent. Your bank details are stored encrypted.
Are my bank details safe?
Yes. Bank details are encrypted at rest and are only revealed to an administrator when a payout is being processed.
