My referral wasn't tracked
The person must sign up through your link within the attribution window, without clearing tracking or using a blocker that strips it. Encourage them to use your link directly.
When and how am I paid?
Commission accrues as referred accounts stay active. Once your balance is over the minimum, request a payout to your bank; a short holding period applies.
Can I be an affiliate and something else?
Yes. Affiliate is an add-on role that sits on top of any account type.
