Your account, privacy and data

Privacy settings, blocking, exporting your data, and deleting your account.

1.Privacy settings

In Settings you can control your privacy preferences, what is shown, and who can interact with you, alongside your notification choices.

2.Blocking users

  1. Open a user's profile or your settings.
  2. Choose block. They can no longer contact you.
  3. Manage or remove blocks from your settings at any time.

3.Exporting your data

You can request an export of your personal data from Settings, in line with the Privacy Policy.

4.Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings. Your profile and content are removed. Certain records, such as consent and verification outcomes, are retained where the law requires, as described in the Data Retention Policy.

5.Common questions & troubleshooting

Is account deletion reversible?

No. Deletion removes your profile and content and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

What is kept after I delete?

Only records we must retain by law, such as proof that consent and age checks were completed. These are not used to keep your profile visible.

How do I stop marketing emails without deleting?

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or adjust your notification preferences. Essential account emails are still sent.
