Live Streaming, Cam and Interactive Services Policy

Live Shows, Private Shows, Group Shows, and interactive features may only be operated by verified account holders who are at least 18 years of age. A Broadcaster must have completed identity verification and agreed the Companion and Creator Agreement before going live.

• Only a verified Companion or Creator who has completed identity verification may broadcast.
• Studios and agencies may operate models on the Platform, but each model must have personally completed identity verification and provided their own recorded consent to broadcast.
• A studio or agency may not stream using, or on behalf of, any person who has not themselves verified and consented.
• Broadcasting access is personal to the verified account holder and must not be shared, transferred, or delegated to an unverified person.

We may withhold or withdraw broadcasting access at any time where verification is incomplete, out of date, or in doubt.

All live and interactive services are age restricted. Age and identity assurance is handled in accordance with our Age Verification Policy.

• Every Broadcaster must be identity verified as being at least 18 years of age before streaming.
• Viewers are subject to age assurance where required before they may access live or interactive services.
• No person under 18 years of age may appear, feature, be visible, or be heard in any stream, even briefly or in the background.
• We may re verify a Broadcaster at any time and may suspend live access pending that check.

Any indication that a person appearing in a stream may be under 18 will be treated as a serious matter and actioned under our Child Protection Policy.

Every person who is visible or audible in a stream must be a verified account holder in their own right, or must have verifiable consent and proof of age held on file before the stream begins.

• The default rule is that only the verified Broadcaster appears on camera.
• No third party may appear, participate, or be featured without documented, freely given consent and proof that they are at least 18 years of age.
• Where two or more verified account holders stream together, each must have consented to that specific stream.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and the Broadcaster must stop featuring that person immediately if it is.

If you believe a person appears in a stream without consent or without proof of age, report it at once. We will investigate, may remove the stream, and may suspend the account pending review.

Broadcasters must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and the Content Moderation Policy at all times while live. The following is prohibited in any Live Show, Private Show, or Group Show, without limitation.

• Any content involving, or any person who appears to be, under 18 years of age.
• Any non consensual act, or the depiction or simulation of any non consensual act.
• Any illegal act, or the encouragement, arrangement, or facilitation of any illegal act.
• Any content otherwise prohibited by our policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy and Content Moderation Policy.
• Doxxing, or the sharing of any person's private or identifying information without consent.
• Promoting, soliciting, or arranging payment, tips, or bookings outside the Platform, or directing Viewers to off Platform payment methods.

A Broadcaster remains responsible for everything shown, said, or done in their stream, including the conduct of any consenting person appearing with them.

Viewers must behave respectfully and lawfully at all times. Participation in a stream is a privilege that may be withdrawn.

• No harassment, abuse, threats, or hateful conduct towards a Broadcaster or other Viewers.
• No recording, screenshotting, capturing, restreaming, or redistributing any part of a stream.
• No demanding, requesting, or pressuring a Broadcaster to perform any illegal or prohibited act.
• No attempt to identify, locate, or contact a Broadcaster off the Platform, and no request to move communication or payment off the Platform.
• No impersonation, spamming, or disruptive behaviour in chat or during a show.

Sending a Tip or paying an entry price does not entitle a Viewer to breach these rules, and a Broadcaster may remove, mute, or block any Viewer at their discretion.

Tips are voluntary payments made in Diamonds to reward or encourage a Broadcaster. A Broadcaster may set Goals and a tip menu describing what they are willing to do, at their sole discretion and within our rules.

• A Tip is voluntary and, once sent, is non refundable except as set out in the Refund and Diamonds Policy.
• Goals and tip menus are set, and may be changed or withdrawn, by the Broadcaster at any time.
• A tip menu is an invitation only, and a Broadcaster is never obliged to perform any act that breaches our rules or their own comfort or consent.
• No Tip, Goal, or menu entry entitles a Viewer to demand any illegal, non consensual, or prohibited act.

The value of a Tip is the amount in Diamonds shown at the time you confirm it.

A Broadcaster may offer Private Shows, Group Shows, or hidden shows that require a paid entry in Diamonds. The Broadcaster sets the entry price, which is the price shown at the time you join.

• Paying the entry price grants access to the show for its duration, subject to these rules and the Broadcaster's stated format.
• Paid entry does not entitle a Viewer to any specific act, outcome, duration, or to any act that breaches our rules.
• Where a show does not proceed, ends prematurely for reasons attributable to the Broadcaster or the Platform, or fails to start, entry may be refunded or auto refunded in Diamonds.
• Refunds and auto refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund and Diamonds Policy.

A Viewer who breaches these rules during a paid show may be removed without refund.

A Broadcaster may choose to connect an Interactive Device, such as a compatible connected toy, to their stream. Connecting and using an Interactive Device is entirely voluntary and remains under the Broadcaster's control.

• The Broadcaster consents to, configures, and controls the activation of any Interactive Device.
• Viewers may trigger an Interactive Device only through Tips and only within the limits, patterns, and thresholds the Broadcaster sets.
• The Broadcaster may pause, reconfigure, or disconnect an Interactive Device at any time, for any reason, without notice.
• Broadcasters are responsible for the safe and hygienic use of their own devices and should follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Discretion does not manufacture, supply, or warrant Interactive Devices and gives no assurance as to their safety, performance, or suitability. Use of any Interactive Device is at the Broadcaster's own risk.

It is strictly prohibited to record, screenshot, capture, screen record, restream, download, or redistribute any Live Show, Private Show, Group Show, or any content shown during a stream, in whole or in part, by any means.

• Unauthorised capture or redistribution is a serious breach of this policy and may also be unlawful.
• Streams and content may be watermarked, and we may use technical measures to detect and trace unauthorised capture.
• We will act on reports of unauthorised recording or redistribution, including removal, suspension, and permanent termination.
• We may cooperate with law enforcement and support civil or criminal action against those responsible.

Nothing in this policy grants any Viewer a licence to reproduce, share, or exploit any stream or content.

To keep the Platform safe and lawful, streams may be monitored and moderated. We may view, moderate, interrupt, pause, or terminate any stream at any time.

• Moderation may be automated, human, or a combination of both.
• We may terminate a stream that breaches our rules or that we reasonably believe poses a safety or legal risk.
• We may retain moderation records as described in our Privacy Policy and Content Moderation Policy.

No Broadcaster or Viewer should expect that a stream, including a Private Show, is private from our moderation. Moderation is carried out for safety, compliance, and enforcement purposes and does not reduce a Broadcaster's responsibility for their stream.

Viewers pay for entry, Tips, and interactive triggers in Diamonds. The amount payable is the price shown at the time, whether that is a Tip amount or the entry price the Broadcaster sets.

• Diamonds are purchased and used in accordance with the Refund and Diamonds Policy.
• Broadcaster earnings, platform fees, holds, and payouts are handled under the Companion and Creator Agreement and the Refund and Diamonds Policy.
• A platform fee applies to amounts earned through live and interactive services.
• We may withhold or reverse amounts connected to fraud, chargebacks, or breaches of our rules.

All payments are made through Diamonds. We do not facilitate off Platform payment for live services.

If you see something during a stream that concerns you, report it immediately using the in stream reporting tools or by contacting us. Urgent safety concerns are prioritised.

• We may take emergency action, including immediately ending a stream and suspending an account, where there is a risk to any person.
• We may suspend or terminate a Broadcaster or Viewer for any breach of this policy.
• Reports and takedown requests are handled in accordance with our Complaints and Content Takedown Policy.
• Any concern involving a person who may be under 18 is actioned under our Child Protection Policy and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We may preserve and share evidence with law enforcement where we are required or permitted to do so.

Live and interactive services are provided on an as is and as available basis and depend on third party infrastructure, networks, and devices.

• Streams may experience interruptions, latency, buffering, or quality variation.
• We rely on third party streaming, connectivity, and device providers whose performance we do not control.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular level of uptime for live services.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for technical failures, interruptions, or losses arising from matters beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Your continued use of live and interactive services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
