1.Our Commitment
We are committed to user safety and to lawful cooperation with authorities. We disclose data only where legally required or permitted, and we proactively report unlawful content such as CSAM.
2.Making a Request
Law enforcement and authorities should send requests to info@discretion.vip on official letterhead, identifying the requesting agency, the legal basis, the data sought, and the relevant user identifiers. We may require appropriate legal process.
3.What We May Disclose
Subject to applicable law and valid process, we may disclose account records, transaction records, and relevant logs. We do not store identity documents and hold only verification outcomes from our provider.
4.Emergency Requests
Where there is a risk of imminent harm, we will act expeditiously and may disclose information necessary to prevent harm, consistent with the law.
5.Proactive Reporting
We proactively report suspected CSAM and serious crime to the relevant authorities, including the National Crime Agency, CEOP, and the Internet Watch Foundation, and preserve evidence as required.
6.User Notice
We may notify affected users of a request unless prohibited by law or where notice would risk harm or prejudice an investigation.
7.Data Preservation
On a valid preservation request, we will preserve relevant data for the period required while legal process is obtained.
