Content Moderation Policy

Uploaded images and media are automatically screened by our moderation provider before and after publication, including for nudity classification, content suspected of depicting minors, and other prohibited material. Content assessed as nudity may be routed to diamond-locked private galleries. Content that is blocked is not published.

• Any content depicting, or suspected of depicting, a person under 18.
• Content featuring any person who has not given verifiable consent to appear in it and to its publication or sale.
• AI-generated, synthetic, computer-generated, face-swapped, or otherwise digitally fabricated or manipulated sexual or intimate imagery, including deepfakes. Only genuine imagery of the real, verified, consenting adult depicted is permitted at this time.
• Non-consensual, exploitative, trafficked, or coerced content.
• Content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy.
• Any content that is unlawful or breaches the Acceptable Use Policy.

Content may only be published or sold where every person depicted has provided recorded consent confirming they appear in it, are 18 or over, and agree to its publication and sale. We maintain consent records linked to content and retain them for the period required by law, including after the content is removed.

The Platform does not permit AI-generated, synthetic, computer-generated, face-swapped, or otherwise digitally fabricated or manipulated sexual or intimate content at this time, including deepfakes. All content offered on the Platform must be genuine imagery of the real, verified, consenting adult depicted.

When you upload content you confirm that it is genuine and unmanipulated and that it is not AI-generated or synthetic. Content that we identify or reasonably suspect to be AI-generated, synthetic, or manipulated may be removed, and the responsible account may be suspended or terminated. If this policy changes in future to allow any synthetic content, such content will be clearly and unambiguously labelled as AI-generated wherever it appears.

We operate zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Suspected CSAM is blocked, preserved as required, the responsible account is suspended, and the matter is reported to the relevant authorities, which may include the National Crime Agency, CEOP, and the Internet Watch Foundation. Users can report content and conduct using in-platform tools. Reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team, who aim to action them within a reasonable time. We also moderate proactively.

Where the Platform offers live or real-time content, it is subject to monitoring and may be interrupted, ended, or removed, and the relevant account suspended, where prohibited content is detected or suspected.

Messages are private between users but may be reviewed where a report is made or where we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms or the law are being breached.

• We may remove or restrict any content at our discretion where we believe it breaches this policy, with or without prior notice.
• Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or permanent removal.
• Where content is removed in error, you may request review. Decisions on illegal content and safety matters are final.
