The safety of children and the prevention of exploitation are absolute priorities for Discretion. This policy sets out our zero tolerance approach and the steps we take to detect, prevent, and report abuse.
1.Zero Tolerance
Discretion has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexualisation of minors, human trafficking, coercion, forced labour, and sexual exploitation. There are no exceptions.
2.Prevention
- Strict 18 or over age and identity verification for companions and creators.
- Recorded consent for everyone depicted in content, confirming they are 18 or over.
- Automated screening of uploads, including detection of content suspected of depicting minors.
- Blocking of identifiers linked to banned or rejected verifications.
3.Detection and Response
Where CSAM or exploitation is detected or reported, we act immediately: the content is blocked and preserved as required, the responsible account is suspended, evidence is secured, and the matter is escalated to our trust and safety team.
4.Reporting to Authorities
We report suspected CSAM and exploitation to the relevant authorities, which may include the National Crime Agency, CEOP, the Internet Watch Foundation, and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and preserve evidence in line with legal requirements.
5.Record Keeping
We retain consent records, verification outcomes, and incident records for the periods required by law, including after account closure, to support investigations and compliance.
6.Reporting a Concern
If you become aware of any content or conduct that may involve a minor or exploitation, report it immediately using in-platform tools or contact info@discretion.vip. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police on 999 (UK) or 000 (Australia).
7.Contact
For any enquiry, including support, privacy and data protection, content reports, complaints, copyright, and legal or law enforcement matters, contact info@discretion.vip. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
