This policy explains how we verify age and identity, how we provide age assurance for viewers of adult content, and what happens if verification fails. It supports our obligations under applicable law, including the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and equivalent requirements in other jurisdictions in which we operate.
1.Minimum Age
You must be 18 or over to create an account or use the Platform. The Platform contains adult content and is intended solely for adults.
2.Identity and Age Verification for Companions and Creators
Any user who publishes a public profile, uploads adult content, or withdraws earnings must complete identity and age verification through our approved provider. Verification typically combines a government issued identity document with a live selfie check.
We receive only a pass or fail result and a limited set of verified attributes, such as age confirmation. We do not store copies of identity documents. Until verification succeeds, the ability to publish, sell, or withdraw is restricted.
3.Age Assurance for Viewers
Where required by law, access to pornographic or other age-restricted content is gated behind age assurance that is intended to be highly effective at determining whether a user is 18 or over. We may require any user to complete age assurance before viewing such content and may decline or withdraw access where age cannot reasonably be assured.
4.Re-Verification
We may require re-verification at any time, including where we have reason to doubt a user's age or identity, or after a significant period of inactivity.
5.Records and Retention
- We retain verification outcomes and related records (not identity documents) for as long as necessary to meet legal and safety obligations.
- Identifiers associated with a banned or rejected verification may be blocked from re-registering.
6.Failure and Falsification
Providing false age or identity information, or attempting to circumvent age verification or age assurance, results in immediate suspension or permanent removal, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
7.Suspected Minors
If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will suspend the account, remove associated content, and take action in line with our Child Protection and Anti-Exploitation Policy.
