Acceptable Use Policy

Use the Platform lawfully, honestly, and with respect for others. Do not use it in any way that harms users, the Platform, or third parties.

• Any content or conduct involving a person under 18, or that we suspect involves a minor.
• Non-consensual content, including content featuring any person who has not given verifiable consent.
• AI-generated, synthetic, computer-generated, face-swapped, or otherwise digitally fabricated or manipulated sexual or intimate imagery of any kind, including deepfakes. Only genuine imagery of the real, verified, consenting adult depicted is permitted on the Platform at this time.
• Human trafficking, coercion, forced labour, or sexual exploitation in any form.
• Content that is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction, including extreme or prohibited material.
• Impersonation, identity fraud, or misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Sharing another person's private information without consent.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, stalking, or abuse.

• Using the Platform or diamonds to pay for, or to solicit, advertise, or arrange payment for, in-person sexual services.
• Circumventing age verification, payment, or moderation systems.
• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk downloading content or data.
• Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Creating fake accounts, manipulating reviews, or engaging in fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Advertising or soliciting off platform to evade fees or safety controls in a way that endangers users.

All content must comply with the Content Moderation Policy and Community Guidelines. You must hold the rights to your content and the consent of everyone depicted.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently remove accounts, and report unlawful activity. Serious breaches, in particular those involving minors or exploitation, result in immediate permanent removal and a report to law enforcement.

If you see content or conduct that breaches this policy, report it using the in-platform tools or contact info@discretion.vip.

For any enquiry, including support, privacy and data protection, content reports, complaints, copyright, and legal or law enforcement matters, contact info@discretion.vip. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

This section applies whenever you broadcast or view a Live Show or Private Show on the Platform, and it applies in addition to the Live Streaming, Cam and Interactive Services Policy.

Every person appearing on camera during a Live Show or Private Show must be a verified adult who has given informed and continuing consent to appear. The following requirements apply at all times.

• No person under the age of eighteen may appear, participate, or feature in any Live Show or Private Show, whether as a Broadcaster, a co-performer, or otherwise, and no minor may be present in the background or anywhere within view of the camera.
• No prohibited, illegal, or non-consensual act may be performed, simulated, requested, or facilitated, including any act set out as prohibited in the Live Streaming, Cam and Interactive Services Policy, the Content Moderation Policy, or the Community Guidelines.
• The Broadcaster is solely responsible for their broadcasting environment, including ensuring that no unverified or non-consenting person is present, that the location is lawful and private, and that no identifying information of third parties is exposed.
• A Viewer must not harass, threaten, degrade, or abuse a Broadcaster or any other Viewer, and must not demand, pressure for, or offer inducement for any prohibited act.
• A Broadcaster may decline any request and may end a Live Show or Private Show at any time, and a Viewer must respect any stated boundaries and limits.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of the Live Show or Private Show, suspension or removal of the relevant account, and referral to the relevant authorities. Concerns may be raised through the Complaints and Content Takedown Policy.

Live Shows, Private Shows, and Content are made available for your personal viewing on the Platform only. You are granted no right to reproduce, retain, or distribute them.

• You must not record, screenshot, screen-capture, film, photograph, download, mirror, restream, rebroadcast, or otherwise reproduce any Live Show, Private Show, or Content, in whole or in part, by any means and using any device or software.
• You must not redistribute, publish, share, sell, or make available any such recording or reproduction to any other person or on any other service, whether or not for payment.
• You must not remove, obscure, alter, or circumvent any watermark, credential, or protective marking applied to a Live Show, Private Show, or Content.

Unauthorised capture, retention, or redistribution is a serious breach of this Acceptable Use Policy and may also be unlawful, including as an infringement of intellectual property rights, a breach of privacy or data protection law, or an offence relating to the sharing of intimate images without consent.

Discretion employs watermarking, session monitoring, and detection measures to identify unauthorised capture. We will act on reports of unauthorised recording or redistribution, may suspend or terminate accounts involved, and will cooperate with law enforcement and rights holders, including by disclosing account information where lawfully required. Reports may be made under the Complaints and Content Takedown Policy.

The Platform may allow a Broadcaster to connect an Interactive Device that responds to activity during a Live Show or Private Show. The following rules govern the use of any Interactive Device, in addition to the Live Streaming, Cam and Interactive Services Policy.

• Only the Broadcaster controls, connects, and consents to the use of their own Interactive Device, and only the Broadcaster may set the limits, thresholds, and settings that govern how it responds.
• A Viewer may cause an Interactive Device to respond only through a Tip, and only within the limits and settings that the Broadcaster has configured.
• A Viewer must not coerce, pressure, harass, or induce a Broadcaster to use, adjust, or remove limits on an Interactive Device, and must not offer any inducement to override the Broadcaster's stated boundaries.
• No person may attempt to seize, override, bypass, or interfere with a Broadcaster's control of their Interactive Device, whether by technical means or otherwise.
• An Interactive Device must not be used in any manner intended or likely to cause physical harm, distress, or injury to any person, and the Broadcaster remains responsible for their own safety and for discontinuing use at any time.

The Broadcaster may disconnect, pause, or reconfigure an Interactive Device at any time, and a Viewer has no right to any particular response. Misuse of an Interactive Device may result in suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

The Platform provides payment, safety, and moderation systems that protect all users. You must not seek to remove any interaction or transaction from those systems.

• You must not solicit, encourage, or arrange for any Creator, Fan, Broadcaster, Viewer, or client to move an interaction or transaction off the Platform in order to avoid fees, moderation, or safety monitoring.
• You must not share, request, or exchange external contact details, links, handles, or account references for the purpose of continuing an interaction off the Platform in circumvention of this Acceptable Use Policy.
• You must not share, request, or accept external payment details, or arrange payment for any service offered through the Platform by any means other than the Platform's own payment and Diamonds systems.
• You must not use the Platform, its messaging, its Content, or any profile to advertise or direct users to external services for the purpose of circumventing fees or moderation.

Keeping interactions and payments on the Platform enables us to protect users, to detect and prevent fraud and exploitation, and to respond to complaints and safety concerns. Circumvention undermines these protections and is a serious breach that may result in forfeiture of affected balances, suspension, or termination, in accordance with our terms and the Community Guidelines.

Where you offer Content on the Platform, whether as free, subscriber only, pay per view, or custom Content, you are responsible for ensuring that it is lawful, properly described, and fully rights-cleared.

• All Content offered must be lawful and must comply with the Content Moderation Policy and the Community Guidelines.
• You must own or hold all necessary rights, licences, and consents for every Content item and for every person appearing in it, and every person appearing must be a verified, consenting adult.
• You must not resell, repackage, or offer for sale any Content in which you do not hold the necessary rights, including Content created by or featuring another person without their authorisation.
• Content must be accurately and honestly described, including its nature, format, length, and what a purchaser will receive, and you must not engage in bait-and-switch, misleading previews, or misrepresentation of what is being sold.
• Custom Content must be delivered as agreed and must not include any prohibited act or any person who has not consented.

Content that is unlawful, infringing, misdescribed, or otherwise in breach may be removed, and the account responsible may be suspended or terminated. Purchasers and rights holders may raise concerns through the Complaints and Content Takedown Policy.

Access to the Platform is provided for legitimate personal use through the interfaces we make available. Automated, intrusive, or adversarial access is prohibited.

• You must not use any bot, crawler, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, index, harvest, or collect profiles, Content, images, messages, or any other data from the Platform.
• You must not circumvent, disable, or interfere with any paywall, watermark, access control, rate limit, or authentication measure, or attempt to access any area, account, or Content that you are not authorised to access.
• You must not probe, scan, test, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or its systems, and must not introduce any malware, or conduct any denial of service or other attack.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or protected data from the Platform, except to the extent this restriction cannot lawfully be excluded.
• You must not use any data obtained from the Platform to build, train, or populate any competing service, dataset, or model, or for any purpose other than your permitted personal use.

Attempts to access the Platform by automated or unauthorised means, or to interfere with its security, are serious breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy and may constitute offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and other applicable law. We monitor for such activity, will suspend or terminate offending accounts, and will cooperate with the relevant authorities.
