Post roles, review applicants, and move candidates to hire.

1.Posting a job

  1. Complete your company profile so applicants can see who is hiring.
  2. Open Post a Job and add the title, description, rate, type, location, and work mode.
  3. Publish. You can bump a listing to the top later for diamonds.

2.Reviewing and progressing applicants

  1. Open Received Applications and filter by stage.
  2. Review each candidate's profile, skills, rate, and CV.
  3. Move candidates through the pipeline: suggest an interview, make an offer, reject, or mark as booked.
  4. Message applicants directly from the job thread.

3.Tools

  • Save talent profiles to re-contact for future roles.
  • See analytics on views, applications, conversion, and time-to-fill.

4.Common questions & troubleshooting

My job isn't showing

New listings may be checked before appearing. Confirm the listing is published and not expired, and that any required fields are complete.

How do I get more applicants?

Bump the listing to the top, make the description and rate clear, and keep your company profile complete so candidates trust the role.

Can't I see an applicant's contact details?

A candidate's contact details and CV are available once they have applied to one of your listings.
