1.Setting up your agency
- Choose your type at signup: a companion agency or a creator/cam studio.
- Complete your company details and accept the management authority declaration, confirming you have authority to represent your talent.
- You land on the agency dashboard.
2.Building and managing your roster
- In the Roster tab, add talent individually or by bulk upload.
- Send each performer an identity-verification link. They complete ID verification and claim their own login.
- A performer's profile can only go live once they are verified and have recorded their consent to your management.
This is enforced by the platform: agency-managed profiles cannot stream until the performer is verified and has consented.
3.Earnings, promotion, and settings
- The Earnings tab shows per-performer tips and unlocks, your commission, and lets you export a CSV and withdraw.
- The Advertising tab buys featured placements by city, type, and duration.
- Subscription tiers raise your roster limits and unlock analytics and badges.
- Edit your brand (logo, hero, colours, contact) from the Edit tab.
4.Common questions & troubleshooting
A performer can't go live
The performer must be identity-verified and must have recorded their consent to your agency managing the profile. Until both are done, the profile cannot stream.
My bulk upload didn't work
Use the provided format and make sure required fields are present. Rows with missing or invalid data are skipped; correct them and re-upload.
How is commission handled?
Your configured commission is applied to each performer's earnings, and your share is shown in the Earnings tab where you can withdraw it.
